Maria Montessori observed that children learn abstract academic concepts best through active physical and sensory exploration. Inspired by traditional Montessori classroom materials, these materials allow your child to explore the basics of reading, writing, and counting through directly sensing the shapes and numbers involved. This academic gift set is ideal for 2–4 year olds just beginning to read, write, and count. It contains a Montessori Alphabet Tracing Board and a set of Montessori Number Counting Tiles together in one bundle. Please choose Print or Cursive font.

This is not a toy; these items are for the purpose of education or decoration only and are to be used under adult supervision at all times. All our wooden products show the true and natural wood grain which varies slightly in colour between pieces, and there may be occasional seams and very minor blemishes which occur in the manufacturing process with the types of wood that we use. These do not detract away from the quality and beauty of our pieces. They are all therefore beautifully natural and truly unique to you.
