Personalised items are non-returnable; for this reason, we advise you double check spelling and case formatting in the personalisation field when you enter this at the checkout, as this will be copied directly. Items that are non-personalised can be returned within 30 days, provided they remain in a resalable condition (i.e. no signs of use or wear).
