For example, we know there is common debate over the term used to describe the continent that features Australia and New Zealand. For this reason, we offer a choice, depending on what you would like to teach your child. Please indicate which term you would like on the tile that features Australia and New Zealand at the checkout (EG Oceania, Australia, Australia & New Zealand, Australasia). NOTE: Australia is the default option. Any other special requests can be made by email before placing your order - just contact us, or leave a note at the checkout when you place your order. When necessary, wipe clean with a damp cloth, do not submerge in water. Always lay wood flat to dry. Do not use in a dishwasher.
Montessori Learning Tiles™ are CE compliant. All our wooden products show the true and natural wood grain which varies slightly in colour between pieces, and there may be occasional seams and very minor blemishes which occur in the manufacturing process with the types of wood that we use. These do not detract away from the quality and beauty of our pieces. They are all therefore beautifully natural and truly unique to you.

Personalised items are non-returnable; for this reason, we advise you double check spelling and case formatting in the personalisation field when you enter this at the checkout, as this will be copied directly. Items that are non-personalised can be returned within 30 days, provided they remain in a resalable condition (i.e. no signs of use or wear). Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the unlikely event of a defect or fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
